All appointments are booked online through our scheduling platform. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. This allows us to respect our time and accommodate other clients.
Refill and touch-up services are intended for existing clients and are based on the condition of your lashes at the time of your appointment. If too much lash loss has occurred, a full set may be recommended instead.
Please arrive with clean lashes and eyes, free of makeup or oils. If you have any medical conditions, sensitivities, or eye concerns, let us know before your appointment so we can ensure your safety and comfort.
Individual results may vary based on natural lash health, lifestyle, and aftercare. Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining your lashes and achieving the best longevity.
Payment is due at the time of service. All prices are subject to change without notice.
